Privacy by design

Updates, not a surveillance feed.

Families receive care-team-approved information — never raw audio or video. Sevah is designed around the person’s permission, practical privacy limits, and the organization’s policy.

If something needs attention, a human care team reviews it and decides what happens next.

For families

Companionship so a parent can stay home.

Daily check-in conversation, family updates your parent approves, and a care advisor who helps you set it up. Sevah is non-diagnostic and does not replace a clinician or a care plan.

FAQ

Questions families ask

How will I know what is happening at home?

With the person’s permission and the care team’s workflow, Sevah can help turn approved interactions into a clear update. It complements direct conversations with your home care team; it does not replace a care plan or care record.

Who decides when to contact the family?

People do. Sevah can surface a possible change for human review, but it does not diagnose, decide on its own, or send autonomous alerts. The responsible care team decides assessment, outreach, and escalation.

Can family members see or hear raw recordings?

No. Families do not receive raw audio or video. Approved interaction media is not a continuous archive and is retained only for the configured, human-review workflow before expiring. Permitted summaries and records follow the care organization’s policy.

Does Sevah replace a caregiver or a family visit?

No. Sevah supports connection between visits. Family and caregivers remain essential to care.
